Step1: Material Preparation

Step2: Material Inspection
Testing pieces made with same material and check the density, hardness, TRS etc.

Step3: Pressing Process
High qulity automatic TPA machine, make the carbide parts more accurate.
Step4: Inspection the Semi-Product
Checking density, size and also ensure the powders in good condition.
Step5: Sintering Process
HIP sintered parts, make the powders more even inside, better wear resistance
Step6: Final Inspeciton
Including the composition and all mechanical properties to ensure the product in good
quality and all data recorded.
Step7: Good Pakaging
Pack the product in good and safty condition for the transportation by air and sea.
